      - Space is moving quite quickly and product team is still finding the balance between reacting to the changes and being proactive with anticipating and planning for them

      -Strong ML and engineering teams -New customers being onboarded constantly -Fast paced. Updates and fixes happen in short cycles -Not political. Folks just focus on getting the work done and don't compete with each other -Great place to learn and grow, since most people wear many hats

      Inconvénients

      -Can be too intense for some, there are never really lulls or slow periods so expect to work a lot
