      Everyone is generally nice, some knowledgeable higher-ups with others over their heads in their roles

      Inconvénients

      lack of autonomy, micromanagement, things take too long to get accomplished, too worried about minutia, never fully embraced wfh, its a cost cutting industry so likely downsizing in the future
