      Great for new people to learn new skills but do not make suggestions to the security leadership. Old white men who feel privileged to have their roles.

      Inconvénients

      The security leadership team do not like to be given advice by people who are not at their level. In addition, they do not like to be given suggestions or advice by someone who is not American.
