Less Salary, they promise to pay variables at the end of year but don't. Late payment of Salary. Very less pay for overtime. You don't receive salary slips. No proper planning for the projects. Poor basic facilities available for the employees in office. (No regular cleaning of toilets as well as AC, electricity and wifi problems) Even laptop is not provided no matter how much bad condition your own laptop is. When you leave the company, they mess up with your designation in the documents needed. Very poor condition and bond while doing internship, that you need to join the company and serve for 1 year. Very low pay for internships. Even you don't get any official documents until asked or forced like internship certificate.
