Not found any downside while working with team

I am working with Inventam last 1.5 Yrs. I feel proud that I work in a startup company that is continuously growing and its employees have also seen growth. I have seen that even the owner of the company goes to his employees and teaches them and guides them.

There are no downsides in this company, Its my personal observation.
