      Very Friendly atmosphere, Flexibility with timings, very good communication between every department and hence better productivity, Openness to new ideas, great coworkers and management

      Inconvénients

      After merger into IOM disparity in salaries to staff from Eurotherm to staff from Invensys Process Systems and others. Meager salary package when compared to competitors in the industry. increased workload without deserving compensation.
