      The company is organized in silos , so if as a business developer in Mexico City I want to talk to my colleagues in construction, also in Mexico City, I have to do it through the headquarters in Chicago.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
