      Work from home and they care about your opinion on your work schedule

      Inconvénients

      Payment for the hours you were working in the system. Is the system not working in the morning because of to many people trying to get on or you have to restart the system you will not get paid for that time

      Pünktliches Gehalt und die Möglichkeit von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten

      Inconvénients

      Verträge werden in einigen Fällen (so wie es bei mir gewesen ist), auch trotz guter Performance, kurz vor Ablauf des befristeten 2 Jahres Vertrags gekündigt. Niedriges Gehalt und extremer Leistungsdruck. So gut wie keine Work-Life Balance

      Avantages

      Gehalts war für damalige Verhältnisse in Ordnung Urlaub konnte spontan genommen werden

      Inconvénients

      Pausenregelungen werden ignoriert Bimdschirmzeiten von 8 Stunden am Stück sind an der Tagesordnung Wenn man diese Probleme anspricht wird man ignoriert
