      Avantages

      -Constant growth -Support for the individual, and many resources are made available for employees of all positions. Specifically for development, It is a completely different ballgame compared to my previous employers. There are zooms, courses, programs all tailored to improving you as an individual and sales rep -Change. Personally, I love the feel of the business and the medical industry. We are constantly evolving the company and products and supporting our customers to eventually help as many patients as possible.

      Demanding, quarterly quota, constant push forward.

      - Employee stock purchasing - great resume builder and experience

      Inconvénients

      -leadership, the culture from when I started to now has shifted. If you are not one of the chosen few, there will be little opportunity for advancement. - If you question management they likely won't listen and you maybe tagged as not a 'team player' or that you have a poor attitude. - the company has done a poor job of reevaluating mature markets, the expectations for a highly penetrated area are the same as less penetrated markets. - Majority of leaders are men with stay at home spouses, take that information however you want to
