      Avantages

      It is a small company where you have the opportunity to make yourself shine.

      Inconvénients

      The pay was average for the market, but the hours and expectations are much higher than average. People are susceptible to burn out here. It seems they are more interested in automating everything and taking short cuts so they can cut back on manpower.

      Flexible schedule. Great management. Nice office space.

      Avantages

      - Great people - Great product - Never work Saturday or Sunday and close at 6:00 with the exception of enrollment season when we stay open until 9:00. These hours are unheard of in the call center environment - The owners come around several times a year and talk to everyone

      Inconvénients

      No on site HR. HR is in another city with the home office. No raises for several years Small company and rumor mill is crazy
