Always a new challenge - Avis employé Operations Intouch Insight

Thanks for the comments and the advice, anonymous. We really value employees who challenge us to improve things, and we need to listen carefully when ideas come from anybody in the organization. I think we're getting much better at it, and have had many really great ideas that we've acted on in the last year or so, particularly since we created the mechanism to get these ideas to the right people (the LEO tool). But we must keep improving our communication channels and expectations of each other, and never become complacent. Thanks again!
