      Avantages

      Love my team there. Never had a stressful day there. Never micro-managed on my projects. My boss was always a patient teacher. Culture is as good as it gets. Work life balance is emphasized there.

      Inconvénients

      balance sheet isn’t the best.. trying to achieve profitability, angry share holders. Usually a round of layoffs each year until they achieve profitability.

      Avantages

      1. The front line workers are fantastic. Most are willing to go above and beyond to get the job done, and pitch in when things go wrong (as they often did). 2. Many jobs can be done remote, which is great for families and employees 3. Health care was very good and low cost for employees

      Inconvénients

      1. There was an incredible amount of micro-managing 2. Metrics consumed a good part of your day, but rarely added much value 3. Project managers viewed as glorified administrators, and were often the scape goat when things went wrong.
