      Amazing Culture, Superb training and open ears for all your issues. Great employees. Good pay. Performance based regular raises. They will give an opportunity to unproven and inexperienced talent.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits could have been better. can’t complain it’s a growing company may be will come with time. Also need more coordination amongst techs.

      Avantages

      You get to learn a lot and meet tons of people through contract work. If you put in your time and learn controls and programming then the projects will be much easier and you’ll have more fun

      Inconvénients

      Most projects will run behind depending on your project manager and how well the other trades work. It can be very frustrating when things aren’t finished and it’s not in your control
