Avantages
Some great & talented people who work hard & are trying to improve the company culture. There is an ability to learn across the various departments.
Inconvénients
In my opinion, I saw an unhealthy amount of poor communication, interpersonal conflict, turnover, and an organization that pushes culture & core values, but does not manifest it.
