      Avantages

      Coworkers are very nice and will band together when you need them too.

      Inconvénients

      CEO is a bully on his best days. Upper management can hardly handle him and because of this are too busy to help in any capacity. They are many missed opportunities for expansion, and some interesting choices in employing off shore people on certain projects. Stay away if you can help it.
