      Avantages

      The pay is good, and the all-remote setup is ideal. Because the team is small, we have the opportunity to take true ownership of projects and see the direct results of our work. The best part of the job is the people. Everyone is genuinely kind and supportive.

      Inconvénients

      The recent acquisition means some aspects are still in flux. However, leadership is being transparent, and the initial changes have been clear improvements.

It's refreshing to see that employee's professional and personal growth is a priority for the management team.
