Avantages
The staff is a perfect mix of former military and non-military, which creates a lot of camaraderie. There's an atmosphere of unspoken competition, where you feel everyone is always working hard - which makes you feel like joining in. It is definitely the fastest-paced job I've ever worked, but at the same time people take a few minutes here and there to catch up on things like "how's your family? How was the game last night?" I was there on contract, and already miss being at the HQ. The CEO is not one of those that you never see. She is active, and is a force. There's no technical question or business problem you can stump her with, so it forces you to be on your best game at all times.
Inconvénients
If you are a slacker, you will hear about it quicker and stronger than you may be used to. But one reason ITS is at the top of its game is because it weeds out non-performers.
