      Avantages

      Nice facilities for staff to use. Team leader at the time was a nice guy.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of training and supporting in career development. Only got an offer for promotion when resignation given. Annual review happened once and not every year after. Lower wage compared to other companies and small annual wage increment.
