Decision-making and priorities can shift frequently, making it difficult to maintain consistency in client engagements. Workplace politics can sometimes affect collaboration and productivity. Employees may be expected to work beyond regular hours when required, with a strong emphasis on ownership and going the extra mile. Whether dealing with domestic or international operations, the pressure remains consistently high due to evolving processes and organizational challenges. Not a learning platform and hiring and firing always takes place as by the time i worked they sacked or created environment in a way that 6 people left in a span of 9 months in a small team
