      Not too many good things to note

      Inconvénients

      Insureone is so unprofessional it's disgusting. There;s no formal training, and very little help from associates. Scheduling sucks and they don't offer rises. Promotions are based on how "cool" you are w/ management, and not based on skill. They treat the employees like crap, and the customer's worst

      Good hourly and commission packages. Room for advancement Continuous training Provided leads Great benefits

      Inconvénients

      Computer Management systems are not yet efficient. We have new systems that still need some fine tuning.
