Avantages
The company is encouraging a hybrid model meaning there is more opportunity for collaboration, for someone like myself who likes to learn in person this is a huge plus.
Inconvénients
- The new C-Suite is just as clueless as the old one! - There is still a huge level of uncertainty in what the plan will be for the company in 2025. - - Product rationalising could potentially lead to more job cuts and with the focus being on revenue, there doesn't seem to be a real push for encouraging employee development and training opportunities. - The April redundancies had meant that there are still many teams now having to undertake extra work with little to no increases is not great. - There is a new Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) group but there is not enough news being shared about this. The committee involved also need to reach out to teams members that make represent this group to continue having important discussions around diversity and inclusion.
