Avantages

Peer teammates are great people. Presidents club is a great incentive.

Inconvénients

My experience at this company was unfortunately quite negative, largely due to the management style and overall team dynamics. Several issues seriously impacted the morale and performance of the team: - Inappropriate Management Behavior: The manager made multiple inappropriate comments, including openly admitting she didn’t like her team. This created a toxic atmosphere, leading to distrust and a lack of motivation among staff. - Unfair Treatment: I witnessed highly unprofessional conduct, including the manager shouting at a team member over Teams. This was not an isolated incident and reflected a broader issue of unfair treatment and poor leadership. - Unqualified Management: The manager was clearly unqualified for the role, which caused significant stress across the team. The lack of experience meant poor decision-making and no real direction, adding unnecessary pressure to everyone’s workload. - Lack of Team Support: There were no team meetings or any form of regular support or communication from leadership. This made it extremely difficult to stay aligned on goals, and there was no forum to discuss issues or seek guidance. The overall environment was highly stressful, and there was little to no effort from management to foster teamwork or provide the support needed to succeed.

Avantages

I can say that i really have a great manager. I'm on contract work, have been for 8 years. Our manager always lets us know how contracts are going. When the renewal talks are happening and when things get signed. You are kept in the loop. Its comforting and supportive. If a contract isn't renewed our manager is already on the hunt for a new opportunity for work. You feel the Heart and commitment to employees. Our work/life balance is great. Opportunities for training and skills are always available. The pay is good. Life is good.

Inconvénients

I think my only con would be better options for insurance, but overall compared to other friends, our insurance is decent.

Decent healthcare, with an onsite doctor if you are close enough Reasonable PTO, plus extra mental health days, as well as sick time Have employee assistance program

Inconvénients

Everything else. The infrastructure team is considered and treated as the black sheep. WE are not included in company-wide initiative or get togethers. (Yes, they have performative inclusion, but try being the only tech support in a room full of Sales) The salary is horrific. Entry level starts ok, but then they flood you with additional responsibilities outside of your pay grade and then never actually pay you what you are worth. How it happens—Starting at a lower position and then being promoted to a title that no longer exists, so you'll keep your old title and just get new and more responsibilities. Then, they cap your salary at the lower position's top, and you have no way to advocate because you aren't "really" in that title. Then they will slowly erode the entire client base by making idiotic client promises that cannot be filled without intensive work, which all goes to a different team, and yours is phased out. All while they are stating we have great job security. 5 Layoffs/RIFs/Silent Termination waves in 6 years Removal of whole teams that support infrastructure, with no replacement—for example, axing the ENTIRE Quality Control team and having no replacement force, just telling individual teams to figure it out.
