      Avantages

      Great culture and many opportunities for advancement and growth with the company. Pretty good benefits. Ability to learn and gain technical training that would otherwise be very expensive or unavailable.

      Inconvénients

      The company is growing so fast and bringing in new leadership, some of whom don't really understand how the business works. Hugely impactful decisions are being made by senior leaders, and then they reverse course 6 weeks later when they realize they made the wrong call. They don't admit their failures - just put the blame on the worker bees for the most part. Some think they're smarter than everyone else in the room.

The culture is also very important to not only the leaders but to all of Insight's teammates so thank you for recognizing this.       Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
