Thank you for your review and recognizing the consideration we give our benefits program. We appreciate your feedback and I have forwarded your comments to our leadership. Additionally, our comp plan is adjusted periodically to stay competitive within the market. This is not uncommon across sales organizations. We are always striving to ensure we are well positioned to reward our sales teammates for their contributions.
Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Inconvénients
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
