Insight is like most organizations, they are extremely top heavy when it comes to executive management, VP's, directors and that trickles all the way down to middle managers.
They have great presentations by the CEO about core values and leadership commitments but they do not practice what they preach in terms of these values.
Middle managers do not inspire and motivate people nor do they create clarity. Most are out for themselves. Emails go unanswered and only are concerned when they have an issue and then they expect you to drop everything and resolve ASAP but when you need an answer weeks of followup emails go unnoticed. Complete lack of respect.
The recognize program is biased as most people scratch your back if you scratch theirs, merits are not always warranted. They are a diverse company although there have been certain employees that make comments not expected in such an organization and HR does nothing about them which says a tremendous amount about their HR department.
They inherited the PCM culture, PRETTY CHEAP MANAGEMENT. Takes a long time to get expenses paid.
Favoritism is shown to certain employees which does not create Harmony. They look out for the legacy Insight employees and do bot show the same enthusiasm to Tiger, Acrodex or PCM employees.
Pay compared to industry standards is low for the work expected as well as the long after hours meetings.
CEO does not come on site for face to face town halls, etc.
