      Avantages

      Great place to work. Very team oriented environment with the easiest access to management and executives. Your goals are very clear and attainable.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits could be better in certain areas. The company is working to improve them. The 401k match was doubled for 2017. Health insurance is extremely affordable, but a very high deductible plan. It's ideal for healthy individuals, but if you have children and use the coverage a lot, it's a lot of out of pocket expenses.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
