Avantages

Good facility and perks. Excellent cafeteria. Good training and support. Overall this is a very big call center and for the division I worked in it was a fun environment.

Inconvénients

Can be a revolving door of people. Reps that can bring in their own contacts do the best in the SMB space. Other departments may be different.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our culture and training. Sales is a very rewarding career however, it’s not for everyone. Avantages

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Inconvénients

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
