      Don't promote with in. Pay is below any industry standard. Use it or lose it time off.

      We take all feedback seriously. For career development, we promote more than 50% of our staff internally. Regarding pay, we do review and adjust our compensation levels across positions and regions to ensure they are competitive. We strive to reward our teammates for their contributions.
