      Avantages

      Holidays off and quarterly fun days. Used to be more pros.

      Inconvénients

      Company is growing faster than it can handle. No real thought put into decisions made that effect the entire company. Employee input and feedback never considered. Instead of addressing a few toxic employees CEO punishes the entire company by taking away benefits or implementing new policies. Little support or training. A lot of turn over.

      Not many night meetings, no micromanaging, cheap benefits, a lot of holidays

      Avantages

      Private office. The Christmas party was fun.

      Inconvénients

      The management is all related either by marriage or father/son. The “team” is hardly that. You have an over bearing management team that dumps a tremendous workload on you with the promise of a raise in the future. Good luck getting that raise because they will probably fire you in 6 months stating you just “aren’t the right fit”. The turn over rate should say enough about the company as a whole. If you enjoy property management, you can make way more for far less work with a different company.
