Shared Challenges: The experience of layoffs among managers underscores the shared difficulties faced by employees and leaders within the organization.

Inconvénients

Executive Focus: Management exhibits a concerning tendency to disproportionately emphasize employee mistakes, even in cases where these errors stem from sudden process changes implemented without adequate documentation or explanation. Employees often find themselves navigating ambiguous directives and unspoken expectations, resulting in a climate where misunderstandings and missteps are commonplace. This fixation on negativity undermines morale and disregards the valuable contributions made by individuals, ultimately fostering a demoralizing and disheartening work environment. Toxic Company Culture: The absence of compassion and empathy among senior leadership has created a toxic work environment characterized by pervasive micromanagement, relentless nitpicking, and instances of verbal abuse. Avantages

Ils ont payé des gens sympas (pas de nouveaux dirigeants à part Vlad qui a travaillé avec son équipe).

Inconvénients

- Attentes irréalistes. Si vous ne travaillez pas 60 heures par semaine, vous serez renvoyé. L'équipe actuelle ne s'exprimera pas ou sera renvoyée comme la précédente, comme une porte tournante d'employés. - La nouvelle direction (VV et PH) crée un lieu de travail toxique, éliminant les personnes qui se soucient de l'entreprise et du bien-être de ses équipes. - L'équipe actuelle recherche de nouveaux emplois, mais est forcée par le marché actuel de rester. Déteste chaque instant passé dans l'entreprise. - Déplacement de la plupart des postes en Serbie depuis que les clients ont abandonné.
