The employer requires employees to work overtime and on weekends. Overtime and weekend work are not paid. The business owner often sets impossible goals. Yelling at subordinates is the management style here.

Downsides have a lot for Inoclad , there is no atmosphere to work , its a lot of pressure from bosses and they yelling at people have bad communication skills they treat people like a slaves who doesn’t know how to talk, always making pressure for work its never enough you work for weekends , salary is a too bad and i never recommended to join in this company
