      Avantages

      Well know product name and history. When the company was under GE it created good products. This all changed when it was sold to private investment company.

      Inconvénients

      Incompetent management and fast turnover. all good employees either left or were let go. No diversity. You will only work there if you are white.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management refuses to reward hard workers and let people who complain get what they deserve want. These are also the people who create problems or don’t do anything
