Avantages
As a GM you know everyone in the corporate office, you can reach out to the director of treasury or senior VP of ops directly which makes getting answers easy. They are overall an inviting group of people and you can feel a lot of them love their positions.
Inconvénients
They are still learning what it is to operate at a higher level so they are lacking some basic structure and layers within the organization. For a company this big to not have a head of HR is laughable. They seem to celebrate mediocrity, you wont meet the smartest people in the business working with them you also wont work with the dumbest.
