Avantages
Hardly any oversight or supervision. If someone wanted to take advantage by sleeping or not reporting for work for days on end that could very easily happen. I personally never took advantage of the situation like that, but most co-workers did. Take that for what it's worth as there were only 4 co-workers in my location.
Inconvénients
Before I get started here...does it appear fishy at all that all of the 5 star reviews here on Glassdoor are all from the same day or two...as if maybe human resources encouraged some people to come on here to counteract some negative reviews? Also...look at the Facebook page for Inline Distributing. Well find the one they use most often, as there are 3 pages. All of the 5 star reviews on there are from employees..... 1. I was constantly having to look over my back to prevent having accounts stolen from me. 2. I could not get credit for sales I actually did make because other sales people would lay claim to them. 3. Management would ask what you'd need, then tell you that you couldn't have it. REPEATEDLY. 4. My leads and contacts were milked from me to fill the sales pipeline. 5. When I had a large volume deal come across my desk and I'd get purchasing involved to help broker it in terms of packaging, pricing, etc. it would get stolen from me.
