      Avantages

      Great place to learn and grow. Supportive colleagues, good exposure to international accounting and startup clients, and plenty of opportunities to take ownership of your work. The work environment is collaborative, and management is open to feedback.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be demanding during peak filing seasons, and as a growing company, processes are still evolving. Better workload planning during busy periods would be beneficial.

      - Provide a kot of ownership to those who wish to grab it. - Provide a lot of room to grow, & flexibility around learning new skills. - Founders have great work ethic, dedication and love towards the customers & the team.

      Inconvénients

      - No WFH/hybrid policy - Too many areas of focus

      - Customer obsessed founders who go out of their way to ensure that they are providing the best service to their clients - Great team and company culture: You are given ownership and are encouraged to continuously innovate and bring new ideas to the table - Extremely knowledgeable management team - Diversity and Inclusion: Founders go out of their way to make sure that everyone on the team is heard, and progressing in their career. Plenty of opportunities to take on leadership roles once you have proved yourself!

      Inconvénients

      Honestly, none. One of the most positive and best experiences of my career.
