Feeling a valued member of the team and the business as a whole. The office has a great vibe and there is a good interaction between departments. I have been fortunate that I was offered a role change a few years back which I'm totally enjoying, even though it can be challenging at times but it has given me my buzz back.
Inconvénients
Frustrating at times but that is no different to any other business so not really a negative.
