Avantages
good health insurance, retirement, work from home
Inconvénients
very busy, and alot of complaints fall on deaf ears. upwards of 50 calls per day and overly scrutinized on time it takes to complete documentation, read emails etc. High expectations to build rapport with patients and provide alot of support, which would take on average an hour call, but expected to somehow complete an hour call with 50 patients in 8 hours. Very unrealistic expectations.
