      Avantages

      Good work life balance. Lots of training. Supporting colleagues. Good working environment. Good compensation. Open door policy. working is fun

      Inconvénients

      If you are in non important project ready to search for a job any time. Very unpredictabe management decision. People working in good projects are very proudy. No importance to small clients even if due to these clients initto came to this point to join hands to SAXO. Lots of politics within the organisation. You should be in good will list of management.

It also gives oppurtunity to work on almost all financial asset classes like FX, Contract Options, Futures etc in investment banking Domain.       Salary at par with market though cost cutting has been started and they are not giving good hikes these days Work life balance is better

      >Corrupt Management.Only intersted in politics >Job Insecurity.U can be thrown out anytime >As a part of dirty politics-CEO and many top shots have already resigned >Perks at Onsite are worst in industry >No professionalism >Hidden clauses at the time of offer letter like paid parking which alone would cost u 3000 pm
