      Supportive colleagues, good location, good working hours.

      Inconvénients

      Poor Management, lack of fairness, stressful environment. You only progress if management likes you, they overwork you with little benefits. High staff turnover due to stress and lack of support from management.

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
