No appreciation from mamagent for hard work, overworked and underpaid. Not able to provide support for young people because too busy doin admin, toxic

Inconvénients

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
