      Inconvénients

      Directors can’t relate to ground floor staff Caseloads are stupidly high Company doesn’t practice it’s own values Profit over people High staff turnover from contract start Ridiculous expectations to work over to keep on top of everything everyday!!

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
