      Salary for the position as long as you hit performance targets

      Inconvénients

      Take no time to listen to and understand employee issues, would rather fire and hire than admit to problems. Staff turnover through leaving voluntarily and due to the stress associated with the performance support packages is high.

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
