      Avantages

      -SME environment, so the decision can be made faster as compared with at MNC environment - small no of staff, everyone gets to know each other quite well

      Inconvénients

      - Bad management - Bad culture - small no of staff, so individuals have to cover so many responsibilities under their plates - poor job descriptions and boundaries
