Avantages
1.Very Supportive Human resources.
2. There is nothing good in this company, I am writing this line because I have to complete 20 words in pros.
Inconvénients
1. Unprofessional reporting managers.
2. Unprofessional work ethics.
3. Unfriendly employee's policy.
4. Very Poor Appraisal and No bonus as per offer.
5. Very bad policy in terms of Employee contract/ service bond, After joining company share employee contract letter in that company ask for 1 lakh to 2 lakh bond amount that need to give if employee leave the company before 3 year.
6. As per company policy employee can't join any vendor or any company which are collaborated with inflow, as most of the company are collaborated with inflow as it's a IT product distributor. So it very difficult to join any company after inflow.
