      Avantages

      They use the latest and greatest when possible and the client allows. There is a real respect for ones skills and abilities and they foster collaboration with in and with other teams.

      Inconvénients

      Incedo is great, only con was one of the actual clients that was a little difficult to work with

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
