There are no positives in Incedo, please do not plan to join this company. Also, do not go by fake positive reviews planted by HRs.
Inconvénients
Three months notice period. No job security and no projects with the company. Management in 2021 said we need to hire more people and double triple our workforce, the same management in 2022 is saying fire people as much as you can. This clearly shows how incompetent the senior management is and how they do not care about employees. There are no projects and once you are on bench either you have to resign or they will put you in any irrelevant technology. There is no future in this organization. HRs and your managers will ask you for honest feedback and then use that against you and your team. There is no transparency and integrity in this company. There is no proper performance management system in place. There are no standard policies and norms. ZERO employee benefits. You don't even get shift allowances or overtime. They expect people to work 24X7, especially in Life Sciences. Client is everything for them, employee health doesn't even matter. Senior Managers, Directors and Sr. Directors are highly incompetent, especially in Life Sciences. Just do not join this organization at any cost or you will repent within 3-4 months, thats a guarantee!
