      I donno what Pros they have.

      Inconvénients

      They take all the rounds and kick you out anyways. I donno what they want. They never make it clear. It's not just the story of mine. I have heard it happening with my other friends as well.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
