Avantages
Organization has no transparency. You have to be cocky to work. If you are a orator you are at right place. work ,quality, ethics doesn't matter. All working from high level.Day by day detoriation in senior MGMT.
Inconvénients
No one want to feel the nerve. All new bossess are basking in past glory of their previous company. All HoD change every year. Stability is an issue here. Say yes to everything. Don't give critical feedback you will go long way. High no of HR employee vs engineer still hr process sucks. Everything is delayed.
