      Employee friendly HR policies Flexible working hours Does not use bench strength, hire from outside and fire current employee

      Inconvénients

      Incedo does not have capability to get work on mobility, I spend almost 4 yrs but didn't got new projects. No learning opportunities to employee. No Employee engagement

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
