      Working weekends, Late night works, No comp off for working weekend and late night works, abusing language by senior management like HOD.

      Inconvénients

      micro management, very low appraisal this year and last year for. Employee can only enter from back door of building , from gate of building is only for clients and higher managements. DISCRIMINATION

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
